is a practical home-and-garden magazine - in print and online - that
makes life easier for those who want to buy a home, build or make alterations,
or try their hand at gardening and decorating. With 100% Namibian content,
is a focused advertising medium for real-estate agents,
developers as well as companies with property-related products and services.
2006 to 2010 the magazine underwent various changes and subsequently rebranded
itself. It grew exponentially during this period and introduced a glamorous
look with a sophisticated feel. From 2010 to 2015 the magazine established
itself in the market and grew an average of 10 % per annum.

remains the preferred coffee table Property Magazine for
the Khomas and Erongo regions.
the Covid-19 outbreak in March 2020, the publication dates were changed to every
second month, whilst maintaining the glossy look. The print-run was increased
to 7 000 copies per issue, the social media platform was increased by
introducing Interactive Advertisements and an Instagram account was launched.

professionally, with an elegant look making it one of Namibia’s top-quality publications. The six bumper issues per
year are ‘perfect’ bound to ensure a long shelf life.
DISTRIBUTION AND PRINT

Windhoek during a 6-week period and at more than 50 outlets at the Coast,

and real-estate agents.

design or create a better lifestyle and wanting to stay up to speed with the
market, ideas and trends.
- Our readers’ diverse income ranges from N$8 000 to
N$100 000 + per month.
- Our readers’ LSM (living standard measurement) is
6 to 10.
- Experience of the past 5 years has taught us that our readers are
now captivated by the regular articles, and there is also more activity from
readers online and on social media.
HOUSEFINDER ONLINE & ELECTRONIC

reference. The e-zine enables people outside of the distribution areas to read

was included with a new look. The combination of the printed magazine and
electronic distribution gives advertisers more than triple their exposure.
August 2014 a new searchable database for agents as well as companies was
