An angel for your Christmas table
An angel for your Christmas table
Decorate your Christmas table with beautiful wooden angels.WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Dowel rods or old broom stick (I used droppers)
- Wood glue
- Round wood base
- Wood beads
- Soft craft wire
- Black marker
- Small twigs*
- Glitter cardboard*
- Silver metallic cardboard*
- Fake snow or moss*

Step 1
Measure and cut the dowel rods to your desired length.
If your wood is not treated, it is advisable to wash it in a vinegar solution and let it dry for 24 hours.

Step 2
Cut out stars from the glitter cardboard and angel wings from the silver metallic cardboard.
Score the wings to avoid cracks when folding them.

Step 3
Drill a hole through the top half of the dowel rod for the arms.
Cut a piece of wire, pass it through the hole and wire the “hands” around the small twig.
Glue the bottom of the twig to the circle base.
Apply glue to the base and cover it with the fake snow or moss.
Glue the wooden bead to the top of the dowel.
Glue the wings to the back of the dowel rod.
Allow to dry properly.

Step 4
Draw eyes and glue the glitter stars to the twigs. I applied 2 stars back to back and secured with a paper clip until dry.

RESULT
Ready to set your Christmas table!
