Beauty and the Beast

My first car in 2014 was small and nifty, but by 2021 with four children we needed more space and initially looked at SUVs. Not convinced, the search for a bakkie was on and there it was on Indongo Toyota’s Facebook page: the 2020 Toyota Hilux Legend.

We received our bakkie in April 2021 and named him Mufasa – he is a beast after all. This has been the best vehicle we've bought to date. The service we received when our car was delivered to our doorstep was amazing. Mufasa took us on fond memories to Etosha, the coast, Rosh Pinah, and South Africa. 



I love my wheels and the reminders we receive from the dealership to have the vehicle serviced. It's been a joy driving the Hilux, even getting stuck on the beach was an adventure.

The glossy black side mirrors are electrically retractable with welcome lights that activate once the vehicle is unlocked.

The sleek yet tough tonneau cover minimises aerodynamic drag while also keeping your cargo safe.
