Father's Day Recipe: Breakfast Burrito

This is a delicious and easy recipe that all you good children out there can prepare for your Dad on Father’s Day.

• 8 eggs
• ½ cup cream
• bunch of fresh rocket
• 1 Camembert cheese sliced
• 8 slices Parma ham
• punnet cocktail tomatoes
• 4 tortilla wraps

1. Mix eggs with cream & season with salt and pepper. Scramble eggs and set aside.
2. Place tortillas on a plate, cover with a damp cloth and microwave until warmed through and soft.
3. Assemble tortillas by placing egg first, then Parma ham, sliced Camembert, rocket and sliced cocktail tomatoes.
4. Fold sides of tortillas inwards and then roll up.
5. Heat up a non-stick frying pan and cook burritos slightly on wall sides until light brown.
6. Slice in half and serve!
