What was the process involved in getting MTC’s Spectra Home?
You can simply reach MTC telephonically and apply for the package. You complete all the forms whereafter MTC will set up a date and time with you to install the wifi router in your home.

At the end of this contract would you sign up again? With the same package?
Yes, definitely! I would not considering going back to our old way of doing things.

Do you check your incoming and outgoing MBPS and are they as expected?
For sure, no trouble at all as from day one.

Are you connected via mobile or fixed services?
Fixed.

During this whole process, what were the pros and cons for you?
Pros: My kids can have both parental and teacher guidance online and we can work from home when needed.
