The word “private” has a certain ring to it: private guest farm, private executive jet, expensive, special, man cave, personal attention, relax…

In the era we live in, cell phones invite the world into our lives at all hours. We don’t think about it, but it’s true: from banking, to virtual meetings to emails. We are connected with everyone all over the world all the time.

In the past, once you left the office, you could only be reached via reception at the next destination when you arrived… Nowadays people can reach you anywhere and whether you want to answer the call or not, the mere sight of a name popping up on the cell phone brings tummy-twisting thoughts to mind and this can be enough to ruin your day.

In order to keep your sanity, you must create spaces where you may feel valued and at ease.
