This arrangement preserves sightlines and enhances the appeal of future development sites. Strategically located at one of the region%u2019s most visible nodes with land priced highly competitive to Windhoek prices (in some cases even 50% lower), the interchange marks a highly advantageous and attractive commercial and tourism development zone.
