Add the onion and peppers and fry until they are slightly
cooked.
Pour the tequila over the mix and set alight over the fire.
Sprinkle
with fresh, chopped coriander leaves.
Serve the hot fajita mix in tacos and top off with guacamole,
grated cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
