Ingredients

Nuts are a luxury and an exquisite gift indeed. 

Method

Use a large pan with a heavy bottom on a low heat to roast the nuts for about 5 to 10 minutes. 
 
Cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside. 
 
Remember to stir the nuts and keep a keen eye on them. 
 
When the nuts are roasted, add the masala and celery salt and mix through. 
 
Mix the oil, sugar and chopped rosemary and add to the nuts and stir. 
 
When all the nuts are covered in the brown spice and sugar mix, tip them onto the baking sheet to cool. 
 
Add more salt if you prefer.
