Stuffed finger peppers

For the Peppers

Small stuffed peppers in various colours add a sense of festivity to a table, so I decided to create a little stuffed pepper recipe. It seems like a waste to use them only as a snack or in a salad. This recipe works like a bomb!

Method

Half the peppers lengthways and remove the seeds. 

Combine all the other ingredients except the extra cheddar. 

Fill the peppers with the cream cheese mix. 

Sprinkle the extra cheddar on top. 

Grill for a few minutes until the mixture is bubbling and the cheese has browned.

Tip from Stephanie

I used fresh jalapeno, chopped into small cubes. I also added garlic salt to the filling and to grill the peppers, I used an air fryer – it worked wonderfully.
