Mediterranean baked cheese starter with blue olive bread


Ingredients

Method

Turn on the oven to 180 ˚C.
Take a big oven roasting dish or plate and arrange the cheeses on the plate.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes under running water and place around the cheese.

Place the garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs and black olives between the cherry 
tomatoes.

Sprinkle the whole dish with olive oil and black pepper.

Bake for about 30 minutes until the cheese is soft and the tomatoes and garlic 
are cooked.

Serve with chunks of Blue olive bread.

Tip: Never let cherry tomatoes sit in water, they will burst open. Just rinse 
under running water.
