Parmesan-dusted Zucchini Sticks


Ingredients

For the zucchini sticks

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.  

Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray. 

Mix together the panko, parmesan, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.  

Dip zucchini in the egg and roll it in the cheese mixture.  

Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown. (Some 20 minutes.)  

Enjoy as a snack or side dish to your favourite meal.

Tip from Stephanie

I made my sticks in the air-fryer at 180o Celsius until golden brown.  Serve with a creamy dipping sauce of your choice.
